B.Tech has more value and its duration is less than BCA and MCA. To complete BCA and MCA, you need 6 years and to complete B.Tech you need 4 years.

B.Tech is 4 year engineering degree. BCA is 3 year graduation degree. B.Tech CS is treated equivalent to MCA by IT industry. Therefore, BCA is a lower degree in comparison to B.Tech CS or IT.
