Is B.Tech biotechnology from a private college better than B.Sc from a government college?

It's not comparing between those because both are good but if you want a Master's degree then my suggestion is to go through B.Sc with any subject of your choice. If you want to go through the technical way then you can go through engineering and technology (B.Tech) branch as per your choice.
