Is B.Tech CSE from Jagannath University Jaipur worth it in 2022-2023?

I studied there. The placements are very poor, they generally call BPO and KPO and call centers. No activity is done there. All the focus is given on dance and singing. No workshops. No tours. Labs are not proper. Lack of instrumentation Library lacks books. Not well qualified teachers Food quality
