Is B.Tech from IME (Institute of Mechanical Engineering) valid for a government job or a private company?

All the govt jobs wants ugc or aictel approval for jobs in india so i didn't thin it works

Although IME give mechanical or automobile diploma or degree level courses through distance mode but in actual no organization accept it or if accept no hike in salary or designation occurs on the basis of this certificate. Go for AMIE.

In 2010 supreme court had given a verdict on distance technical course that if joint comitee of MHRD AICTE DEC(that time) UGC gives approval to any distance mechanical course than that course is valid. As far as i know no organisation accept it. if you have math in 10+2 then go for AMIE it is accept
