    No, there is no way Biotechnology or any other branch in LPU are better than IIT Kharagpur, As you know IIT Kharagpur is india's TOP rated college. It comes 4th on NIRF ranking overall. Also 3rd in many World ranking. Biotechnology is a branch that mainly focuses on Research, and IIT Kharagpur has the country's top research facilities. Also, you will get more opportunities in IIT Kharagpur than in any other institute.
