I would like to suggest you to choose information security, which will be much needed in the future. In the current scenario, lots of computer engineers are available but only a few students choose information security, which will be highly demanded in future. -
Both have its own value in market. But, you should go with the cloud because it's new in technology field and have enough scope in future. You can also go with CSE to go stronger in technology also.
