B.Tech in distance mode is not approved by the AICTE. For distance mode, you need to go for AIME course.

AICTE do not permit B.Tech through Distance mode. There is no approved college for B.Tech through distance mode. If anyone offers, it is fake.

Here the contradiction arises. AICTE has now made AMIE in valid. Still, the case is going on this matter and the judgement can come in May last.
