Is B.Tech in computer science equivalent to O level certificate? UPPSC conducts RO/ARO exam, do I need any O level certificate for it?

Hi Dheeraj!. B.Tech in computer Science is not equivalent to O level certificate. It is a foundation course in computer application, which is basically for the entry level computer operator. In order to apply for RO/ ARO vacancies, all the candidates should possess the following educational qualific
