Hi Dheeraj!. B.Tech in computer Science is not equivalent to O level certificate. It is a foundation course in computer application, which is basically for the entry level computer operator. In order to apply for RO/ ARO vacancies, all the candidates should possess the following educational qualification: 1. The candidates should have a Bachelors Degree from any recognised university or equivalent qualification up to the Last date for receipt of application. 2. Candidate must have O Level or Its Equivalent Certificate (Subject to Government Decision). 3. Candidate must have Hindi Typing Speed of 25 WPM.
