Is B.Tech in computer Science pursuit from distance learning is make huge difference or value yaa almost equivalent?

As per the rules and regulations of UGC and government of India, you cannot pursue computer science or any technical study through distance learning. So, for B.Tech, you must attend the regular classes. No jobs will be given without a regular degree in B.Tech.
