Being an education consultant. , I will advise you to identify an Engineering institute for pursuing Engineering degree because of the exposure, academic content and placements are altogether different. Yes, there are two departments- UIET and UICET UICET has all the branches except Chemical and Civil. UICET is specially known for chemical engineering and food technology. UICET is in the main campus and UIET is in south campus!
