Is b.tech valid valid for civil examinations , also i had 6.9 cgpa !!

yes it definitely is,rather it says a graduate from recognised university of india ,no % is written here , u definitely go ahead , but remeber maximum three attempts for general catagory dtudents , best of luck

Yes B.tech is balid in civils and you have sufficient marks.
