Is B.Voc in software development a good option as I'm really interested in software? Can I pursue MCA after the same?

    Yes Manav. You should pursue B.Tech in software as you will have lots of opportunities. After that, you also can do MCA after B.Tech. Moreover, you can get a good package or placement.
