    Hi Ajat, as per my knowledge any sort of degree after 12th is considered as graduation so this will be surely accepted by UPSC. When it comes to choosing NIMC, how does it even matter if you are finally dropping the line and choosing civil services at the end of the graduation. It is merely a thing of degree. And if you are really interested in the fields of mass communication then you are on the right track my friend.
