Is BA from Bombay Hindi vidyapeeth is applicable to take admission for M.A/B.Lib-UGC,AICTE Recognised University through distance Education.

I have done BA from bomaby Hindi Vidyapeeth in the year 2006.now i want to do B.Lib. can i take Admissions.
