Is ba programme (eng+psychology) good course in DU?

Asked about Gargi College, University of Delhi - Discontinued(August 2024)-B.A. in English and Psychology

I got 92.25% in 12th , can I get in gargi college for ba programme? Also is it a good course for civil services?
