Is Bachelor's degree in aviation operation an engineering degree?

Operation and engineering is completely different. There is only Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course in aviation field for going into engineering department.

College offers B.Tech course in aviation engineering too. Hence it is engineering degree course. It is also of 4 years. There is no such course like aviation operation. In aviation engineering itself, the aviation operation comes under this.
