Hi
for civil services you can opt BA (Civil Services) currently offered by only 2 universities in India. 1. Kavi Kulguru Kalidas Sanskrit University, Nagpur Maharashtra and by 2. Bharthidasan University Tamil Nadu
Other option is BA political science or Public Administration from other universities
