Is Bangalore Universitys executive MBA valued?

I am a 9 years experience software engineer planning to do executive MBA in HR for a career change. ISME institute is providing executive MBA part time in HR. Does anyone have any idea, if it will be valued in the market? Will it add value to my profile?
