It can't be said which one is the best between MBA and bank PO. All depends an individual's perspective. If you like to take risk and love to challenge yourself, then aiming for an MBA is a good option. Private firms after MBA will provide you an exciting package, location and wonderful office. But if you want an easy going life then bank PO suits you.

Varsha, both Bank PO and MBA are good options. Bank PO is a good and stable job. As for MBA, it opens a lot of doors for you in different fields like HR, Banking, Marketing etc. You have to decide based on your interest and what you want to do in your career.
