Is basic language the base of all the programming language? I want t to learn programming languages.

Hi,
The basic programming languages are C and C+. These two are almost same but C+ is object oriented programming language. If you know C well then it is the base for C+ as some commands only differ from each other.
For example, in C you say scanf whereas in C+ you use cin&get;&get;.
The next is Java. It is also the basic in web designing.
For database manipulation you will have to learn SQL (Structured query language)
These are not interdependent. So that it is not necessary that every programming language should be the base of all languages.
And then you can learn python but it is not widely used language.
