Is Baylor University a top tier?

<p dir="ltr">Texas, USA-based Baylor University is a private research institution. If we keep an eye on Baylor's performance in the global university rankings, we can observe that it has largely maintained the position that major publishers had assigned it. Baylor has continuously been ranked between 501 and 600 in the Academic Ranking of World Universities (Shanghai Ranking) from 2017 to 2020. Moreover, Baylor has been ranked by QS (Top Universities) between 801 and 1000 since 2018.&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">Baylor University's ranking with Times Higher Education (THE) dropped from 601-800 in 2020 to 801-1000 in 2021. From 388th in 2018 to 365th in 2021, Baylor's ranking among the world's universities has increased according to US News &amp; World Report. Since 2018, Baylor has been ranked by US News among the top 100 colleges and universities in the country. According to the rankings mentioned above it can be observed that Baylor University is not top tier but is one of the best options for international students.</p>
