IS BCA [Bachelor of computer Applications] better course?

every one saying that BCA is the expired degree and no one care about it and I am interested in this course please help me. IF BCA is a better course please offer me a reputed universities in India. I also wanted to know which course is better BCA or B.Sc in CS/IT.
