B.C.A. is good course.
you have two option after BCA. you can choose Job. or another is continue your study.
first decide after BCA which is your prior option- job or MCA.
if you want to continue your study. again you have two option.
MCA or MBA-IT.
if you are thinking about the MCA.

In my opinion If u r doing BCA u will save 1 crucial year of ur life.
Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language.
Can u independently handle any language?
If ur ans comes YES then only think for software development

Well BCA is a technical course and good for future
regarding salary point of view it totaly depend on your % and knowledge
