Not really. Some top-ranking BCA colleges in surveys like India Today have listed Amity University, which has moderate tuition fees of INR 6.1 Lakh. But you also institutes in higher ranks like St Xavier's College, which has a BCA programme with a tuition fee of INR 1.6 Lakh.
