Is BCA+MCA integrated a good course for getting placements in good companies? I've passed 12th with 77.4%.

Yes, it is a good course. BCA degree holders can get admission in the second year of MCA course directly. Candidates who have passed 10+2 are eligible to get admission in BCA course.
