Yes the University of Mysore is a recognised University with the University Grants Commission (UGC) and it is among the listed universities in Kerala Public Service Commission (Kerala PSC).
Hence the Bachelor in Computer Applications (BCA) obtained through University's online programme with appropriate score is acceptable for employment in Kerala PSC.However, it is worth to clarify that Kerala PSC has clear requirements regarding the accreditation of the degrees, particularly, distance or online programs.
