BDS stands for Bachelor of Dental Surgery, while BAMS stands for Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. Both are undergraduate medical degrees but have different focuses and practices. BDS mainly focuses on dental care and oral health. On the other hand, BAMS focuses on Ayurvedic medicine, which is an ancient Indian system of medicine.
