    As per market demand and IT Industry growth forcast by NASSCOM, computer Science and engineering graduates have good career opportunities.

    Well, each and every branch in engineering is good, we can't compare them. Just there are a few differences like mechanical, electrical and civil are evergreen branches but CS IT and EC have high placement records. Other than this, you may also take chemical, metallurgy, mechatronics, etc. So, choose a suitable branch.

    Any career field is a good one if you enjoy it. I don't believe that any field is enjoyable despite whatever salary that you can command. A career that is enjoyable is one that you wake up in the morning and are either to get to work and you're willing to do that for 20-30 years. The majority of high technology professionals enjoy their work. However, you will always find people who can barely tolerate programming or coding.     First of all, it depends on your interest then as per market demand and IT Industry growth forecast by NASSCOM, computer science and engineering graduates have good career opportunities. So, it is surely a better option.

    Yes, it is the best option, but you should do your engineering from a reputed college and you should have good programming skills to survive and grow in the industry.

    Streams which are in demand are mechanical engineering, electronics, and communication, electrical and electronics, computer science and engineering, instrumentation and so on. Electronics and computer science streams seem to have good prospects. The scope again depends on the qualities of the person who is entitled to compete in the job market.
