Is BE (mechanical engineering) taught in English language in Technical University of Berlin?

I am m thinking of pursuing engineering from Germany and then settle there.

In Technical University of Berlin, BE in mechanical engineering is taught in German but in the 4th year some courses may be taught in English. You need to prove that you are good at German by passing German language test, e.g., Testdaf of any other.
