    Yes, NIFT Kolkata BFTech admission is based on entrance exam score. The institute shortlists students on the basis of score secured by them in the NIFT Entrance Exam General Ability Test (GAT) section. Students who have passed Class 12 or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised board are eligible to apply for the course.
