BHU is one of the Primer University of India. Undergoing PG at university is definitely a prudent decision.

I am seeking for a university which would provide scholarship to do PhD in England, Aberdeen, Cambridge, Oxford, or King's College, whatever it is. Thereby, am I being decisive when I choose BHU as my alma mater on the aforesaid grounds?
