Banaras Hindu University is one of the top-ranking universities in the country. As per the NIRF rankings 2023, the university is ranked at fifth position among the top universities in India. Moreover, as per the BHU NIRF report 2023, 480 UG (three-year) students were placed out of 3,564. The median package given to the placed candidates stood at INR 8 LPA.
