Hi Manvi
No it's not at all compulsory to have biology, if you are from maths background you can pursue B.pharmacy,
After completing your bachelor degree, you have get yourself registered by state pharmacy council of state to which you belong, and then you will be a registered pharmacist
Hope this will help you
All the best

Biology as a subject is not required for admission into B.Pharmacy course. PCM/ PCB is accepted for consideration for admission. This solves your question from point of view of requirement. But, biology as a science, is a very integral part of Pharmacy or a Pharmacist.
So, if you do not have any interest in learning the human anatomy, physiology and similar field than, it might be a problem of you not liking your profile even after getting into the B.Pharmacy program. So, make your choice after thinking it through.
You can take help of some Biology books to understand the type of knowledge being shared and whether it appeals to you or no...more -

9 years agoIt is not required as a Subject. But, a backdrop of Organic Chemistry and Pharmacology may become necessary. Pharmacists should always be qualified, as the Doctors are.
