No Biology is not necessary
The candidates must be passed 10+2 with at least 50% (45% in case of Backward categories and PWD students of Maharashtra State only) marks from a recognised board with subjects English, Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry /Biotechnology /Biology/ Technical Vocational sub
