Hi Harjit,
Bio-Technology is a research oriented subject. There are loads of Indian colleges that offer biotechnology courses at graduate and post graduate level.
To get admission, you must have a background in Science, that is Physics or Agriculture, Chemistry and Biology at plus two level.
