According to the general ranking of academic reputation and college infrastructure, Bishop Moore College can be often referred to as a Second Tier Institution. It currently is one of the colleges in Kerala, but it is not as famous or recognised on a national level as most Tier 1 colleges are. A plethora of courses are taught at college level with reasonable faculty and teaching facilities.
