    Yes, BIT Mesra is a good college which is ranked 82nd by NIRF 2024 under the University category,  20th by NIRF 2024 under the Architecture and Planning category, and 48th by NIRF 2024 under the Engineering category. The university is approved by AICTE and UGC. The placements offered by the university are also good. Hence, it is a good university.
