Is BITS tag better than that of an IIT tag?

I have scored 3621 rank in JEE 2018 and an advanced rank of 410 in BITSAT.

    Both the college have good tags around them. You can choose either of them depending upon parameters like branch offered to you, your area of interest, co-curricular activities, placement stats, location etc.
    Fees in IIT is low as compared to BITS.
    So you can choose wisely among them depending upon your parameters.

    Hi Yogya,
    Both the tags are very good and have an equivalent value in abroad. However, in India, IIT Tag is a bit ahead of BITS Tag.

    When I first read your question, I immediately felt that there will be some answer which will be criticising IIT because of the reservation policy. So, I wiill restrict my answer only to "Personalities of fellow students"
    I come from one of the dominant caste in Andhra Pradesh and before IIT I did had a caste superiority feeling.But the experiences in IIT had changed me a lot.
