    Hi Domnic,
    Their are two stages that you need to clear- CSAT and main exam. The minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the eligibility age is from 21-30yrs. For your preparation I would suggest you to first join a good coaching center so that you have the relevant study material to start your preparation.     Hi Domnic, UPSC conducts civil services examination every year in the month of May and June and its main exam is in the month of December.
    ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
    1)A candidate should have a degree of graduation in any field from any recognized university.
    2)A candidate in his final year is also eligible for the civil services exam. (IPS, IFS, IAS)
    3)A candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 years of relaxation for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
    4)A candidate must be an indian citizen.

    Hi,
    The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) of India conducts the exam and on the basis of the result IAS, IPS, IFS officers are selected.
    It has three-step process i.e.
    Preliminary Exam (Prelims)
    Main Exam (Mains), and
    Interview.
    The eligibility criteria to appear in this exam are:
    A candidate must be an Indian citizen.
    Holds a graduate degree form recognized university.
    Age between 21-30 years.
