Hey Bharadwaj, yes there is BMTC bus facility available to the college. Even AC Volvo buses stop at the college. There are a lot of buses that come from Agara bus stop to the college. The location of the college is a little inside, but there are frequent buses.

Yes Bharadwaj BMTC bus are available at almost 5 min gaps you will be getting AC bus also.
The area is developing and just 4 km so don't worry about location.
