Yes, boards percentage are required for appearing in VITEE. Those students who wants to get admission in VIT should have secured minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate) for applying in any undergraduate programme mainly B.Tech whereas for SC/STs and the students from Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the Northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura should have minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate). .

Candidates applying for admission to the B.Tech programme must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology in Class 12 in order to meet the VITEEE 2023 eligibility requirements. However, students in the reserved category must earn 50% of the possible points in Class 12.
