Is botany or Zoology better?

Both courses are equally good and have great salaries, and job prospects in the present and future. However, it depends on your interest If plants interest you more, then go for a Bachelor of Science in Botany, and if animal life interest you more, then you should go for a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. Botany is a better option for Job Opportunities and Careers than Zoology as Civil Engineers mastered in Soil are preferred over Zoologists. Students having a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany can find a lot of career opportunities in the public sector. They can join the BSI (Botanical Survey of India), the NIO (National Institute of Oceanography), the IARI (Indian Agricultural Research Institute), the ICFRE (Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education), etc. There are numerous career opportunities for students completing their Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Ph.D. in Zoology in the public and private sectors. Students find jobs as Wildlife biologists, Zoo curators, Animal Behaviourists, conservationists, Wildlife educators, Zoology faculty, lab technicians, Forensic experts, and Veterinarians. Both of these subjects are at equal position. They come under the domain of life sciences and hence run parallel to each other. It doesn't matter which one of these subjects you are pursuing, you have to have Knowledge of the other. It depends on you whether you are interested in plant or animal process.
