Is both PGDB and PGDM are post graduations? some are saying doing PGDB (post graduate diploma in banking) cannot be considered to do PGDM.
Can we do PGDM (mba) after doing PGDB(post graduation diploma in banking) ? I am planning to do MBA in a reputed and finest B-school,but mean while i got a job in AXIS bank as ASST MANAGER(YBPS) ,but i want to do MBA after gaining some exp . my doubt is do this job boost my career

Agree with @Raja MG. Please go for a part time MBA later.

Dear Bharadwaj,
A Post Graduate Diploma of Regular (2 Yrs) and Part-time (3 Yrs) duly recognised by AICTE is recognised on par with a Post Graduation in Management/ MBA.
Rest all Post Graduate Diploma (1 Yr) duration is not equivalent to an MBA/ Post Graduation Degree.
