As per the latest information available, BP Poddar Institute of Management and Technology is considered as a Tier 2 Institute. The ranking of the Institute are good, but cannot be considered in the top Institutes. It was ranked 87in India for B.Tech by IIRF and 201 out of 300 in India and 8 th in west Bengal by NIRF. This institute is accredited by AICTE and offer wide range of courses like MCA, M.Tech, B.Tech etc. This institute has a strong reputation in its area but it's rankings and other factors doesn't support it to be a tier 1 institute.
