I'm securing chemical and civil branches in Jadavpur University, but also securing information technology or ECE in Calcutta University. I want to go towards ECE or IT in Jadavpur, if I work hard enough. Can I change my branch from chemical or civil to ECE or IT in Jadavpur University?
