Is branch change possible after one year ? What is the avg package branchwise last year at NIT Jamshedpur

Branch change was possible till the year of 2010.but after that this process has been canceled.so sorry for that although its a good institute for all the branches as the average package is good its about 5.5 lacs a year and the hoiighest package goes upto 67 lacs for cs.while others have also good
