Is bsc in biotechnology or btech in biomedical is a good option for a medical student?

That solely depends on your interest! Bsc will need a side of research while btech will need more interest in reinventing things and make them better and economically viable!

That has nothing to do with packages! There is no limit to earn in either of the two professions! That solely depends upon your interest! One is engg. other is research! If you are considering pure sciences go for b.Sc. otherwise a Btech degree! All the best!
