Is Bsc or Bcom helpful in both business career and to become IAS officer?

Hi Raj, You can opt for any of the courses depending on your interest. To become IAS officer you can pursue BSc as well as B.Com, same as with Business as your career. India holds a UPSC examination every year and on the basis of this examination a number of IAS, IPS, IFS officers are recruited. To crack the exam, the preparation requires the right approach along with the right study materials and strategy. The preparation requires focused study rather than plain hard work. The Indian Administrative Service is a highly competitive and a challenging career. The Minimum eligibility is Bachelors degree of a recognized university with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physcs, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering or an equivalent qualification. Age Limit is: 21-30 years. You are allowed four attempts. IAS is one of the all India Services, which you can join through appearing in Civil Services Examination.
