C and C+ are the basic programming languages. If you can do C then C+ is not much more difficult for you and on the basic of difference between C and C+ is that C is a procedural programming language and does not support classes and objects, while C+ is a combination of both procedural and object oriented programming language.

No, it is not difficult. The problem with all the languages is that if you miss any of the symbols, then the programme will not run and to find out the mistakes, you to see each and everything, which is the most challenging thing in this c+.

Hello dear,Learning C++ is hard if you want to learn it completely, it's a middle level language and it's not a surprise that it's hard. But in my opinion, C++ give you and easy way to learn programming and know programming languages.

Starting with C is somewhat seem to be difficult but you can get through it if perfectly practiced. C+ is damn easy if you are perfect in C because it's like a simplified version of C.
