sir is ca can get into corporate finance and also if he wants to open his own finance company

Well I would suggest you to go for MBA Finance or CFA. CA is a better course than these but when it comes to finance, these course are much better than CA.
And please see that if you do MBA, than do it from TOP 50 colleges, otherwise others are of no use.

ca is a good for but not from the point of view of specialization if finance. CA is no doubt a very good course in the sense that it helps a persons career groom in an overall sense. as far as specialization is concerned better to opt for mba finance from a reputed institute

Yes, a very good option but it takes time to be a CA. Therefore if you target this then you must not be in a hurry to get into a job.

@xyz33934 - I personally would recommed a MBA or CMA instead of a CA. Most people feel that a "Chartered Accountant" is a specialist when it comes to corporate finance - but sadly, that isn't the case!
